Our incredibly random questions:
- What was the last song you danced to?
Sing by Ed Sheeran. It’s one of my favourites at the moment.
- What is your favorite pizza topping?
I’m celiac and so have to have gluten free pizza (not quite the same as the “real” thing). Tomato, mozzarella, and salami. (For more information on Celiac Disease)
- What historical period would you live in and where if you could go back in time?
I’m honestly happy to live in the present time. I love technology and all the gadgets available today. That said, I’d love to go back to the Georgian era and the birth of the British Empire. I’m a sucker for Jane Austen novels.
- Have you ever shorn a sheep (I swear these are random. I literally have them on a spreadsheet. I close my eyes scroll & point)
Umm… nope. Not something I’ve ever really thought about doing.
- If you saw someone drop a $10 bill would you return it or put it in your pocket?
I’d call the person and give it back to them. I believe in treating people the way you want to be treated. I’d hope if I ever dropped my money that someone would be kind enough to return it to me.
- What is your favorite color?
Blue. I love every shade of blue from the pale pastels to the electric energy full ones.
- What color socks are you wearing?
I’m not wearing any. In the summer months I hardly ever wear socks. (coincidentally I don’t either.. but I rarely wear shoes in the summer as well 😀 )
- What are cooler midwives or witches?
Midwives because I was in labor for almost a month solid with my youngest and trust me the support I got from the midwives at the hospital helped keep me going. He was premature and we had to try and keep him in them for as long as possible. In the end he was born at 34 weeks old. As I’d been there so long I knew all the staff and they all knew me. When they finally decided it was time for me to go down for a c-section the whole department came into the delivery room to wish me luck. They got me and my little one through it all and for that will always be way cooler than any witch could ever be.
- Tea? Coffee? OR Cocoa?
I’d be lost without tea. Black tea, milk, 2 sugars… heaven. I don’t function properly in the mornings without a cup of tea.
- What is your favorite smell?
The sea. I love the clean, fresh smell of the air at the beach. Sets the world to rights.
